The Atzeni's Vermentino
The Vermentino Atzeni is produced in the rolling hills of the Trexenta, where persistent winds ensure the health of our plants.
The vines give rise to clusters tight and juicy from which originates our Vermentino.
The Vermentino Atzeni has a bright yellow color with greenish hue, typical of Vermentino, from the lovely fruity and floral.
The taste is dry, pleasant, slightly acid.
The Vermentino di Sardegna is an ideal accompaniment to seafood such as seafood salad, risotto, spaghetti, spaghetti with clams, swordfish stew, court bouillon and saltwater fish grilled.
It is also a great accompaniment to the typical Seadas of Sardinia.

History of Vermentino
The source of the vine is not clear and is still the subject of discussion.
The argument most reliable place its origins in the Southern France , from which it would then spread in the Italian regions of Liguria, Tuscany and Sardinia.
The Vermentino prefers soils poor and limestone, climate and zone sunny and airy .
Beyond a especially and rare sort of a Vermentino red berries, released in a limited area of the Lunigiana, the Vermentino has maintained its own characteristics almost unchanged over the centuries.
